VBS will be June 23 - 27. Our goal is to have 100 children hear the message of God’s miraculous power. The VBS theme this year will take place
in a lab. Fun experiments will have Jesus’ power bubbling over.
We cannot serve our children without your help. We need caring, loving adults to
guide our children from one activity to another. This adult does not plan or teach lessons, they act as shepherds only. Sue Van Den Akker or
Julie Townley will gladly give you more information about serving our children’s ministry.
S.O.S. (Service Over Self) will be the week of June 15. We will be asking for adult volunteers for a number of different needs we will have during
the week.
Our youth summer trip will be July 2 - 7. We will be traveling to Lake Junaluska, NC for the 2008 SURGE program. We will try to hold the cost down
to $250 or lower without sacrificing any of the fun, fellowship and worship.
